- Filling and crumb coating a tall 6 inch cake
- Achieving smooth canvas using acrylic cake scraper and turntable
- Coloring Swiss meringue buttercream
- Stenciling on Swiss meringue buttercream *stencil design will vary
- Safe flower preparation for cake decoration
- How to reflex a rose
- Flower arrangement on cakes
Other details such as applying gold leaf, cleaning up cake board, making a thick cake board

*Light lunch will be served (halal). Certificate of achievement will be awarded to students who complete this course
