-Basics of silky, smooth and stable Swiss meringue buttercream
-Filling, crumb coating and frosting a tall 4 and 6 inch cake
-Achieving smooth canvas using acrylic cake scraper and turntable
-Achieving a leveled top for cake stacking
-Creating lined textures on Swiss meringue buttercream
-Stacking a two tier cake using the “dowel and lift” method
-Tips on filling gaps between each tier
-Safe flower and foliage preparation for cake decoration
-How to reflex a rose
-Flower and bow arrangement on cakes
-Applying edible gold leaf on cakes
-Other tips and tricks such as cleaning up cake board, making a thick white cake board, transporting a two tier cake safely, pairing colors, choosing flowers for a unique arrangement, longevity of fresh flowers, prolonging shelf life of flowers etc

*Light lunch will be served (halal). Certificate of achievement will be awarded to students who complete this course
