1. Learn how to make the all time favourite, Angkoo kueh. You'll learn to make the Angkoo skin, cook the filling & mould it all from scratch. Perfect for family birthdays!

2. Pulot inti - learn how to steam the Pulot keeping it whole and not mushy which is key to a good pulot inti. Debbie will share with you the secret to make a moist & luscious filling. This is fully hands on as you'll learn how to wrap the banana leaf parcels.
