Vintage Buttercream class is all about old school buttercream piping! This is a great basics class for beginners who would like to learn:
Demo: stable swiss meringue buttercream recipe *no cooking involved
torting real 6 inch cake (pre-baked)
getting smooth finish on cake with buttercream
colouring your buttercream
hand piping skills (shells, ruffles, swirls, drop line)
You'll design your own cake!
Bonus: Demo how to stack 2 tier buttercream cake
Students will get time to practice their piping skills before working on real cake. This is a decorating class, no baking involved.
At the end of class, you'll take home your own decorated cake (box included). All tools & ingredients provided for class. Light snacks provided.
Students will receive a Certificate of attendance.
Class capacity is 4 pax. Students are advised to practice social distancing throughout class. Contact tracing & temperature recording will be taken.
