- Learn to bake moist pandan cake from scratch using natural extract
- Demo on Swiss meringue buttercream frosting
- Make gula melaka Caramel & Kaya curd from scratch
- Bake & assemble the cake

*Raspberry coconut cake*
- Learn to make delicious & moist vanilla cake
- Demo on Swiss meringue buttercream frosting
- Demo on making raspberry compote from scratch
- Assemble & deco the cake

Students will work in small groups (2-3 pax) & share the bakes to take home. Packaging will be provided. Cake sizes are 9" round.

All tools, ingredients & light meal will be provided. This is a non refundable event, however, you may send a replacement if you're unable to attend.
