Take your cake decorating skills to the next level with this 1-day class and learn the following must-know techniques:

- Making ganache as undercoat for your Fondant cake. Ganache Recipe is included
- How to layer and crumb coat (cake is pre-baked for class)
- Covering Cake with Fondant
- Adding Bas-relief to bring your ordinary cake into ' Cake Art'
- How to make Sugarflower Anemone, Peach fruits using gumpaste
- Sugar Flower coloring technique
- FREE Chocolate mud cake recipe!

This is a non baking workshop. Cake will be prebaked for class.

All ingredients, tools, light lunch & cake box will be provided. This is a non refundable event, replacement student may be sent. Students are encouraged to do a self test before class.
