Come join us and learn how to make these cute pineapple tartlets from scratch. It's an all hands on, fun and beginner friendly workshop.

In this hands on class you'll learn:
1. The theory and practical skills needed to make these tartlets
2. How to make the pastry from scratch (all tips included)
3. Learn how to wrap the pastry around the pineapple filling evenly
4. Learn how to color the pastry for each and every design. (what type of color and how much to use)
5. How to shape and mold each and every cute tartlets by hand (we will break down the design and details)
6. How to bake them evenly in the oven

Suitable for beginners
Age 12yo & above

Students will bring home a set of cute pineapple tartlets, box, recipe card, new skills that won't fail you even if you're baking from home!

All tools, ingredients, packaging and light lunch provided. Class duration is depending on students progress.
