What you will learn in class:
- Learn how to make choux paste and craquelin from scratch
- Learn how to make pastry cream and diplomat cream (3 flavours)
- Sharing session on do’s and don’ts when making cream puff
- Learn how to assemble cream puff tower.
- FREE choux paste and pastry cream recipes
- Bring back your own cream puff tower!

All tools, ingredients, packaging, light lunch & certificate will be included.
