It's a savoury kueh topped with raddish & dried prawns, drizzled with a sweet soya sauce & dolloped with sambal. Its 4 different parts to make this simple kueh but the final effect is worth it. Learn how to make each step from scratch.Crispy durian apam balik is one of those "wow" factor to impress your guests & family. Batter is sandwiched with fresh durian pulp. It's every durian lovers dream come true! Debbie will also show you different variations of Apam balik. There will also be alternative apam fillings in class if you're not a durian fan : sweet corn or bananas (with salted caramel gula melaka)Students will work in groups of 3-4 pax. You will take home a batch of kuehs made in class. Light lunch is provided.SOP 2022Masks on during class. Maintain good social distancing & hygiene.
