- Demo on how to make GLOSSY BUTTERCREAM
- Sharing session in baking cupcakes , how to handle buttercream and other tips and tricks
- Learn how to colour buttercream and choose the right colour palette
- Learn how to pipe 6 types of flowers: rose, peony, chrysanthemum, cherry blossom, hydrangea, and scabiosa
- Learn how to assemble the flowers on cupcake and add detailing
- FREE Cupcake and Buttercream recipe
- Utensils and tools will be provided for class
- NO BAKING included
*Please bring your own small kitchen towel for class
