1. How to cover a dummy cake with panelling technique to achieve clean & sharp edges

2. Make simple & versatile wafer paper flowers

3. Create a bird with fondant & her signature wafer paper wings

4. Decorating a cake with edible pearls and flowers

Bonus: Learn how to translate a dress into a cake design!

This is a decorating workshop. No baking provided. Certificate of achievement will be provided for student who complete their project. Suitable for beginners.

All tools, materials, lunch & packaging will be provided. You will bring home your own creation.
