This is a hands-on class where you’ll learn
• how to whip the perfect meringue
• prepping your chiffon pans
• proper baking and cooling
• unmoulding your chiffon by hand
• learn 2 flavours: orange & earl grey
• Bonus: Bite sized choc chip cookies!
Students will be making 2 flavour 6 inch chiffons (shared) & 1 type of cookie. You’ll take home all your yummy creations (packaging provided).
