Let's usher into the year of Rabbit with some fun mantao making workshop!!

Date: Sat, 17 December
Time: 10.30am - 2.30pm

In this hands on class you'll learn:
1. The theory and practical skills for making mantao
2. How to make the mantao from scratch
3. Learn how to knead the dough without a mixer
4. Tips and tricks for mantao making
5. Learn how to color the mantao
6. How to shape and mold mantao
7. How to proof the mantao and how long to steam the mantao.

Students will bring home a set of cute mantao (3pc), box, recipe card, new skills of making mantao.

Small class with maximum of 4 pax as each student would be given undivided attention. All tools, ingredients, packaging & light lunch will be provided.
