Experimental baking is a passion for Iza from BakedKL. Having a family with many intolerances, it prompted her to create desserts that they can eat and that you can too. With many aspects of allergies, egg is a common allergy that people face not only in adults but kids too.

In this class, you will be applying 3 different types of egg substitutes in making chocolate pie, chocolate pudding and chocolate mousse. Best of all? No oven needed!

You will be able to understand the different textures it gives when using these substitutes and apply them to other baked goods in the future.

What we will touch base on:
Tips on how to make aquafaba
How to prep tofu
Make 3 different desserts
Chocolate Pie
Chocolate Pudding
Chocolate Mousse

All vegan-friendly & gluten free recipes.

The class will start with a demo, following with students working in small groups of 3 pax. They will bring home their own individual mold desserts plus a vegan brownie from Baked KL!
