Learn all about spices in this Starter class with Mrs Saigal. You'll learn how you bring out the best flavours, how to store, combine and cook the most delicious home cooked meal!

This is demo class. Students will enjoy the food/take home.

DAL TARKA - yellow lentils with a special tempering

MURG MAKHANI- a shortcut chicken tikka masala

PINEAPPLE RAITA - a side dish of yogurt and pineapple flavoured with spices

SHAHI PULAO - rice flavoured with saffron and garnished with nuts

SEEKH KEBAB - mince meat combined with herbs and spices. Usually cooked in a tandoor but we will do it on the stove.
