Join Amai Kitchen in an exclusive one day workshop! Nerikiri Wagashi (和菓子) is a Japanese traditional confectionary, made mainly with bean paste, handcrafted in various colour, shapes and designs according to season. It's so versatile, it can be redesigned for any season.

In this workshop, you will learn:
- Demo on nerikiri cooking in simple and fool-proof method.

- Explanation and guide on filling flavour

- Tips and technique guidance on Colouring, Wrapping, Shaping, Handling and Storage

- Learn and make 4 designs as shown in photo

- Course booklet with recipe, guided notes and diagrams
- A piece of crafting tool
- Lunch for the day
