You will learn 
- All basic bread techniques u need to know included recipe, kneading, shaping, proofing and baking tips.
- How to achieve mirror plane effect and soft texture buns
- 2 types of Readymade mochi fillings ( Fried cempedak & Chocolate flavours)
- Suitable for beginners

All ingredients and materials will be provided. Every student will take home 8pcs buns.
