- how to construct a cake with flavours pairing, different textures and components.
( Dark Chocolate Mousse , Passion Fruit Cremeux, Hazelnut Feulletine, Vanilla Sponge )
cake recipe and demo are included
- how to set a cake with silicon moulds.
- techniques to apply mirror glaze.
- modern chocolate art and decoration skills.
- demo unicorn fondant cake topper.
All students will hands on to experience the glazing techniques on a ready made mousse cake with their very owned brand glaze , Zest Mirror Glaze.
In the end of the class, students able to bring back 1 tub of Zest Mirror Glaze and 1 unit of mirror glazed entremet/cake.
Cake tasting after workshop. Light refreshments will be provided in class.
