Once, I lived a monotonous life conformed to social constructs and ideas of what was expected of me based on my upbringing. This became a creative blockage and prevented me from living my truth. Deep down inside I yearned to feel alive. As I learned to embrace creativity as my life force, and art as my prayer, I discovered that this was my Higher Self’s way of guiding me to learn the art of being alive.
