🌶chocolate chili mousse（辣椒巧克力慕斯）
🌶vanilla cremeux (香草奶油馅）
🌶chocolate almond base（巧克力杏仁蛋糕体）
🌶tips and technique to apply Zest mirror glaze (Zest 淋面酱使用技巧和注意事项）
In the end of the class, students able to bring back 1 tub of Zest Mirror Glaze and 1 unit of mirror glazed entremet/cake.
