2.)▪如何将糖浆煮到合适的温度和精确的糖浆浓度
▪煮熟的糖浆可以储存长达3年而不添加防腐剂。
▪如何使用天然色素来制作彩色月饼。

制作以下的产品:
传统烘烤的莲蓉月饼。
I。莲蓉馅与蛋黄 x1
II。 素莲蓉 x 1
2.制作四种使用天然色素的烘烤月饼皮。

▪所有烘烤月饼皮均为天然材料(来自绿茶粉,红酵母/木炭/吉士粉)

费用包括:
▪1盒传统月饼(内有2个月饼)
▪1盒彩色月饼(内有4个月饼)
