金巧克力伯爵磅蛋糕

这款磅蛋糕蛋糕颠覆了传统的糖油法和粉油法,新手法让磅蛋糕不卡喉,不会干干的,而且不需要等回油也很湿润。金巧克力带有一点点的焦糖香气搭配杏仁和伯爵奶油蛋糕体,甜度老师调整的刚刚好。好吃,不腻!!而且这个蛋糕除了常温享用它还可以冰着吃。

(Beside using creaming method and rub in method, new method is used in this pound cake . Cake can be served on the same day with super moist texture. Gold chocolate with a hint of caramelised taste and almond coating goes well with the earl grey tea cake. This cake is good to be served both in room temperature or chilled.)
